Visiting Sedona and seeking healthy food options? Check out Local Juicery for breakfast.
I was recently in Sedona for a friends bachelorette party. Whenever I travel, I love to scope out the local healthy options especially for breakfast foods. It’s fun to explore the local food scene.
We stopped at the Local Juicery for breakfast on our way to the airport. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth checking out.
Breakfast is the hardest meal for me to eat since I have food sensitivities to gluten, dairy, egg white, and spinach. I also avoid soy because it can be an inflammatory food. When I’m traveling, I opt for juices, smoothies and fruit and nut snacks to stay full.
I loved Local Juicery because they had beverage, food and snack options! Their gluten-free paleo granola was ridiculously good! I stocked up for the plane ride back.
They also had a selection of healthy books and clean beauty products. I’m a sucker for anything wellness.
Local Juicery is definitely worth a stop if you’re in need of healthy options in Sedona. Sedona, in general, is a magical, health-minded place.
